Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose SAT Vocabulary: Daily Words and tap Cancel Subscription. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current one ends.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Apple Account, open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. You'll need an internet connection.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
The widget isn't showing today's word
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap the plus button, search for SAT Vocabulary: Daily Words and add the widget. If it still shows an old word, open the app once and check again.
I'm not getting reminders
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Notifications, choose SAT Vocabulary: Daily Words and make sure Allow Notifications is on. You can change the reminder time in the app's settings.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is needed. Studying works offline because the words are stored in the app. Buying or restoring Premium needs an internet connection.
Will my progress move to a new iPhone?
Progress is stored on your device and there's no account to sync it. If you set up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup, app data is usually restored with it.
Is this official SAT material?
No. The words, definitions and sentences are written for this app, and the app isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board.
